JWe're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Sales
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team and help expand our presence across Exports, B2B, and Distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
• Drive sales in B2B, export, and distribution segments
• Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
• Handle client negotiations, pricing, and order finalization
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and delivery
• Track market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
Who We're Looking For:
• 1–5 years of experience in sales/business development
• Exposure to B2B / Export / Channel Sales (any one or multiple)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset
• Willingness to travel as required
