Job Summary

We are looking for motivated Business Development Executives to support our demand generation efforts. This role involves researching target accounts, identifying the right decision makers, executing email and LinkedIn outreach, and generating qualified leads (MQLs) for the sales and tele-calling teams. Candidates with experience in IT lead generation or resource placement will fit this role well. The ability to make initial qualification calls is an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • 14 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, staffing/resource placement, or software project outreach.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to profile accounts and identify tech stacks.
  • Experience using email automation tools, LinkedIn, data enrichment platforms, and CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured, target-driven, and fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data accuracy skills.
  • Comfortable with a full work-from-office setup in Chennai.
  • Calling experience is a plus (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

  • Research target companies, analyze their technology stack, and identify buying signals.
  • Identify and validate the right contacts (CXOs, Directors, Managers) within target accounts.
  • Execute targeted email campaigns to generate inquiries and drive conversions to MQLs.
  • Build and manage LinkedIn outreach: connection requests, messaging, and engagement.
  • Provide accurate, enriched, and structured lead data for the tele-calling team.
  • Maintain organized CRM records, campaign performance metrics, and activity logs.
  • Support the Sales and Marketing teams with market insights and pipeline intelligence.
  • (Preferred) Conduct initial qualification calls with prospects when required.
