Business Development Executive / Sales Executive ( FTL Logistics )

Job Summary:

At Redstag Logistics LLP, We are looking for a dynamic and result-drivenBusiness Development Executive/ Sales Executive ( FTL Logistics) to join our growing logistics team, who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Full Truck Load (FTL) division.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new B2B clients requiring Full Truck Load (FTL) services.

Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.

Analyse market trends, competitor rates, and customer needs to pitch competitive logistic solutions.

Negotiate rates and contracts with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring competitive pricing.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle placement and timely delivery for your clients.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated sales experience in the Logistics/Transport industry (strictlyFTL domain preferred).

Knowledge: Strong understanding of FTL operations, vehicle types, and market freight rates.

Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Network: An existing network of contacts or leads in the manufacturing/industrial sectors is a hugeplus.

Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

Languages: Tamil, English and Hindi(preferred)
