Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, manage client accounts, and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The role involves creating strategies to expand the client base and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert opportunities
- Strong skills in Business acumen and Account Management to maintain and nurture client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills for effective engagement with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Familiarity with the content creation or digital marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Must be proficient in GTM tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Must have strong B2B sales experience
- Must have 2+ years of expeirnce in business development or sales related roles
Compensation:
Upto 8LPA (3LPA base + 5LPA commission)
