Business Development Executive (BDE) drives company revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. They are responsible for lead generation, conducting market research, negotiating deals, and collaborating with teams to meet sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Sales Pitching & Negotiation: Preparing and delivering persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.Strategic Planning: Collaborating with management to develop strategies for market expansion and revenue growth.Reporting: Tracking sales metrics, monitoring progress, and preparing performance reports.
