We're looking for a smart and motivated Business Development Specialist to help us grow by finding new opportunities, talking to potential clients, and turning leads into real projects. You'll work closely with our business and tech teams to bring in software development work and should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
This role requires someone who understands the full sales cycle, has hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork and Clutch, and knows how to write clear proposals based on client needs. A strong understanding of IT services, tech stacks (like MERN, Laravel, CMS), and solid communication skills are key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Work on Upwork, Clutch, and similar platforms to generate qualified leads
Write professional proposals and cover letters tailored to client needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
Handle client calls and discovery meetings independently
Requirements
2+ years of IT services business development experience
Experience with Upwork, Clutch, and other bidding or lead-gen platforms
Strong communication and writing skills
Good understanding of software development (MERN, Laravel, CMS platforms)
Comfortable with documentation and proposal creation
Knowledge of major industries like healthcare, marketplaces, SaaS, eCommerce
