We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Control Engineer to ensure that all construction activities meet the highest quality standards and comply with project specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in quality assurance, site inspections, and compliance within the real estate construction industry.

• Monitor and ensure quality control standards at construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality benchmarks.
• Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
• Implement quality assurance procedures and best practices.
• Identify defects/non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Review drawings and specifications for quality requirements.
• Assist in internal and external quality audits.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in quality control within real estate/construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with IS codes and quality testing procedures.
• Good understanding of QA/QC documentation and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and teams efficiently.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
