Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage after-sales service operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and concerns related to after-sales service
Conduct feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on pending cases
Provide prompt and professional responses to customers via calls and emails
Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Good typing speed and proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Qualification:

Any Graduate
