We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive in Ahmedabad who can handle both new business acquisition and growth of existing accounts through strategic upselling of logistics and 3PL services.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys B2B sales, client interaction, and revenue growth responsibility.

Role Overview
This role focuses on two key responsibilities:
- Acquiring new clients for our logistics services (Road Freight + 3PL)
- Growing revenue from existing clients by upselling 3PL Storage and Distribution services
You will work closely with international clients in the Australian market and act as a key link between client needs and our logistics solutions.
Please Note: This is a work-from-office role in Ahmedabad. Candidates must be comfortable working early morning shifts aligned with Australian business hours and engaging with international clients daily.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Growth & Upselling (Existing Clients)
- Identify opportunities to expand 3PL services within existing Road Freight clients
- Understand client requirements across warehousing, inventory management, and distribution
- Position NSEG as a complete logistics partner (Road Freight + 3PL solutions)
- Build long-term, recurring revenue through bundled service offerings
- Ensure strong account retention and growth
2. New Business Development (Acquisition Role)
- Generate new business through cold calling, outreach, and prospecting
- Connect with decision-makers such as Logistics Managers and Supply Chain Heads in Australia
- Conduct virtual meetings (Zoom / Teams) to present logistics solutions
- Convert qualified leads into long-term clients
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Act as a trusted point of contact for logistics requirements
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service continuity
- Identify ongoing opportunities for account expansion
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of B2B sales experience (international sales preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Experience in upselling or account growth is an advantage
- Basic understanding of logistics, road freight, or 3PL services preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable handling international clients and virtual meetings
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused mindset
- Willingness to work early morning shift from Ahmedabad office
