Job Title: Area Sales Manager – B2B Sales

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our B2B sales and channel partner network in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and managing distributor and dealer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage a strong dealer/distributor network in the assigned area
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B segment
· Conduct product presentations, technical training, and field visits to support channel partners
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
· Ensure timely order execution, invoicing, and payment collection
· Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, service, and product management for smooth customer experience
· Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and partner performance using CRM tools
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
· 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B/channel sales, preferably in solar, electrical, or industrial products
· Strong network of dealers/distributors in the region is a plus
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
