Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying potential projects, writing compelling proposals, communicating with clients, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork.
Submit customized and high-converting proposals to prospective clients.
Generate qualified leads through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.
Schedule discovery calls and meetings with prospects.
Coordinate with technical teams to prepare estimates and solutions.
Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
Maintain records of proposals, leads, and project status.
Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Required Skills
Experience in Upwork bidding and freelancing platforms.
Strong written English and proposal-writing skills.
Understanding of IT services, AI solutions, web development, mobile apps, or digital services.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to analyze project requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Self-driven and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in business development or Upwork bidding.
Experience working with international clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
