Job Description

Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for driving sales and expanding the company's client base. Your role is highly proactive, involving everything from researching new markets to training other sales professionals. You must be resilient, persistent, and excellent at managing your time to meet sales deadlines.

Core Responsibilities

  • Sales & Strategy: You will engage in end-to-end sales, answering client questions and finding ways to sell products even in a challenging market. Your duties include analyzing the target market and competition to create strategic engagement plans.
  • Customer Service: You'll provide superior customer service by making information readily available to clients and addressing their concerns.
  • Research & Analysis: You'll research the client base to identify new customer segments and develop tailored sales approaches for them.
  • Team Leadership: You'll be involved in training other salespeople and ensuring the entire team meets its sales targets.
  • Scheduling & Reporting: You'll manage appointments and meetings as needed, and demonstrate superior time management to meet all sales deadlines.
