Business Development Executive (3D Architectural Visualization)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who can actively reach out to architects, builders, interior designers, developers and secure new 3D visualization projects. The role involves client hunting, pitching our services, scheduling meetings, understanding project requirements, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients (Architects, Builders, Developers, Interior Designers, Studios).
Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, email marketing & site visits.
Present our 3D rendering, walkthrough, and animation services professionally.
Conduct online/offline meetings to understand project scope.
Coordinate with internal design team for timelines & proposals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM updates.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales (Architecture / Construction / Interior industry preferred).
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Ability to understand 3D visualization terminology (training will be provided).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at networking.
Preferred: Own vehicle for client visits.
Salary: Fixed + Commission + Incentives
