Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Aurangabad [Chp Sambhaji Nagar]. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include account management, understanding client requirements, and proposing solutions that align with their business goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and organizational growth is also expected.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business acumen and Account Management practices
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in ERP or Tally solutions is an advantage
