Position Overview:

The Sales Executive/Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, selling ANS IT products, and developing strong client relationships. The role involves both new business acquisition and account management, ensuring sales growth in the assigned territory.

Location: Surat

Experience: 1-4 years in sales, preferably in IT solutions, SaaS, or telematic

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, online research, and field visits.

2. Client Acquisition: Convert prospects into customers by understanding their pain points and offering customized solutions using ANS IT products.

3. Industry Targeting: Focus on schools, logistics, taxi services, construction, and corporate manpower sectors.

4. Product Presentation & Demonstration: Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept sessions to decision-makers.

5. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

6. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

7. Market Intelligence: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

8. Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and attend industry exhibitions and conferences to generate leads.

9. Generate leads and convert them into sales.

10. Target schools, logistics, taxi services, construction, and corporate manpower for ANS IT products.

11. Develop new business opportunities by cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

12. Present ANS IT solutions to potential customers and conduct product demonstrations.

13. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.

14. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

15. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns effectively.
