ABOUT THE ROLE
- We are looking for a driven and confident Business Development Intern who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about growing businesses.
- You will be an integral part of our growth team - responsible for acquiring new clients, generating leads, crafting pitch strategies, and driving revenue through smart outreach.
- If you are aggressive in approach, fluent in English, and love the hustle of closing deals - this role is for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Identify and generate high-quality leads through online research, cold outreach, and networking
- Pitch our services confidently to international clients - especially in the DTC and eCommerce space
- Develop and implement new business strategies to drive client acquisition
- Research new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Work on new client projects from onboarding to early-stage execution
- Build relationships with potential clients via email, calls, LinkedIn, Upwork & Freelance platforms
- Collaborate with the internal team to align strategies with client goals
- Track outreach performance and continuously optimize the approach
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduation degree (any stream)
- Fluent in English - both written and verbal communication
- Confident, aggressive, and self-motivated personality with a go-getter attitude
- Strong understanding of DTC brands, eCommerce business models, and Shopify ecosystem
- Ability to craft compelling client pitches and presentations
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of targets
GOOD TO HAVE
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or other freelance platforms
- Prior experience in client-facing roles, cold outreach, or sales
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Outreach tool or CRM software
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics
