About the Role

Ammunic Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth in the Defence sector. This is an individual contributor role focused on revenue generation, lead conversion, strategic client engagement, and deal closure. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently driving opportunities, maintaining strong follow-ups, engaging with senior Defence stakeholders, and converting business opportunities into revenue. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, target-driven environment and has a strong track record of closing large Defence deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue generation and achieve aggressive sales targets

• Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into business

• Handle end-to-end business development activities from lead generation to deal closure

• Maintain proactive follow-ups with prospects and customers

• Build strong relationships with Defence organizations, OEMs, integrators, and strategic partners

• Perform account mapping and identify key decision-makers within target organizations

• Execute target account selling strategies to drive strategic business opportunities

• Engage with top Defence personnel and senior stakeholders within the Defence ecosystem

• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and closures

• Maintain accurate sales trackers, pipeline updates, and reporting

• Identify upcoming Defence opportunities, programs, and market trends Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of Business Development/Sales experience in the Defence sector

• Currently working with a Defence/Strategic Systems/Defence Technology company

• Proven track record of closing high-value and multi-million-dollar deals

• Strong experience in account mapping and target account selling

• Strong Defence industry network and stakeholder relationships will be an advantage

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently

• Highly proactive, dynamic, and execution-focused

• Experience in maintaining sales pipelines, trackers, and reports

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver business results quickly

• Fluency in English and Hindi preferred Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with an established professional network within the Defence sector will be preferred

• Prior exposure to Defence Manufacturing, Aerospace, Government Liaisoning, or Defence R&D organizations will be an added advantage
