Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • Attend to customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct market assessments to understand the needs of target customers
  • Pitch company services to potential clients
  • Prepare sales plans and ensure effective execution
  • Conduct field visits for lead generation and conversion into sales
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Assist management in increasing company sales
  • Send commercial proposals to potential clients
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Manager/Director
