Summary – We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven business development executive to identify, develop, and manage client relationships for drywall construction solutions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, coordinating with technical teams, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities -

·      Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, site visits, referrals, and industry connections

·      Source clients requiring drywall partition systems, false ceiling solutions, fire-rated systems, acoustical solutions, and prefabricated structures

·      Build relationships with architects, contractors, builders, interior designers, PMC consultants, and corporate clients

·      Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements

·      Coordinate with estimation and execution teams for quotations and technical proposals

·      Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and project closures

·      Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets

Qualifications -

·      English, Hindi and Marathi fluency

·      Self-motivated individual with past sales experience of around 2-3 years

·      Bachelors in Civil engineering or MBA is preferred

 

Compensation –

Fixed salary + Travel allowance [1.5-2 LPA]

Incentive on sales closure
