Job Description

Role - Business Development Executive

Location - New Delhi

Experience - 2+ Years in Sales

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities by researching high-potential clients and emerging industry segments
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach, smart qualification, and proactive follow-ups
  • Engage with clients to understand their workspace challenges and recommend the most suitable solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure
  • Analyze market trends and competitor insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts
  • Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations that clearly communicate value and drive conversions
  • Represent the brand confidently in meetings, demos, and client interactions to ensure a premium client experience
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and design teams for smooth pre- and post-sales execution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication, support, and trust-building

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and relationship-building
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in market and competitor research
  • Creative problem-solving with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to manage long-term accounts and deliver high customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and structured reporting
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative
