Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities by researching high-potential clients and emerging industry segments
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach, smart qualification, and proactive follow-ups
- Engage with clients to understand their workspace challenges and recommend the most suitable solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure
- Analyze market trends and competitor insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations that clearly communicate value and drive conversions
- Represent the brand confidently in meetings, demos, and client interactions to ensure a premium client experience
- Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and design teams for smooth pre- and post-sales execution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication, support, and trust-building
