Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Executive. The individual in this role will focus on generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and developing business relationships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, cultivating client connections, presenting service offerings, and negotiating deals to achieve organizational goals.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue opportunities in the market
• Knowledge of Business and Account Management principles to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong Communication skills to present ideas effectively and engage with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and achieve sales targets
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with the capability to work independently
