Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to understand customer needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects to close deals.
Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Present company products/services to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to improve products or services.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams.
  • Share client feedback to improve offerings.

Qualifications
