Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Business Development Engineer based in Bangalore/Karnataka. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting products and solutions to meet customer manufacturing needs. The role also involves providing technical presentations, aligning client requirements with appropriate solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent support. The candidate will also be required to prepare technical documentation and proposals to support business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and customer relations skills with an aptitude for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Technical knowledge of tooling components, work-holding solutions, or similar manufacturing technologies
  • Experience in providing product demonstrations, preparing quotes, and drafting technical documents
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field
  • Proficiency with business software and CRM systems is advantageous
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors, particularly in a sales or business development role, is an asset
