Key Responsibilities

• Call leads from CRM and understand their upskilling needs
• Recommend and pitch suitable courses based on requirements
• Achieve revenue targets consistently
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
• Generate referrals from existing customers
• Maintain all interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
• Handle end-to-end pre-sales to post-sales activities
• Follow up with leads and identify potential prospects
• Gather customer feedback for product improvement

Eligibility Criteria

All streams (except BA and B.Tech)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player with a proactive mindset
• Fast learner with attention to detail

Work Details

• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Working Hours: 9 hours (including 1-hour break)

Compensation

For Both Interns and Full Time Employees:

First 6 Months (Internship/Training Period):

₹25,000/- fixed salary per month + performance-based incentives

Post Completion of 6 Months:

CTC will be revised to ₹8 LPA, comprising:

₹4.2 LPA Fixed

₹3.8 LPA Variable

Your first month's salary will be on hold and it will be released along with your Fourth month salary, This is just for the retention purpose as per the company norms, will be same for both Interns and Full time employees.

Note:

No Agreement, Bond or Contract will be taken from Company side if you want to leave the company at any point of time you just need to serve the notice period and you can relieve from us.

Company will provide leaves only for Final Examinations not for Internals and No Preparatory Leaves.

It's purely a Work from Office. No work from Home is provided.
