Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for construction project management services across targeted sectors.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, repeat business, and cross-selling of related services.
- Prepare and execute business development plans aligned with overall company growth strategy.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, corporates, investors, consultants, and contractors.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their project objectives, timelines, and risk considerations.
- Lead client presentations, capability discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track market trends, upcoming developments, and competitor activity within the construction and real estate sector.
- Identify strategic partnerships, empanelment's, and framework agreements.
- Support leadership with market insights, pipeline forecasting, and growth recommendations.
Bids, Proposals & Closures
- Preparation of EOIs, RFP responses, technical proposals, and commercial submissions.
- Coordinate with internal technical, design, and delivery teams to develop winning proposals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure seamless handover post-award.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing / Business Management preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development within construction, real estate advisory, PMC, EPC, or professional services.
- Established network within developers, corporates, or investor communities is a strong advantage.
