Job Title: Sales Development Representative — D2C Enabler (IC)

Location: Bangalore (open to relocation)

About The Role

We're hiring one Sales IC who has sold to D2C brands before and knows this ecosystem inside out. You'll own the complete sales cycle — demo to closure — with no handoffs. This is a high-ownership, high-reward role for someone energetic, self-motivated, and mid-career.

What You'll Do

Own the full sales cycle: lead qualification → product demo → negotiation → closure

Close Marketing Qualified Leads passed by the team

Run high-volume outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other social channels

Identify key decision-makers within D2C brands and build strong relationships

Develop and execute outreach strategies targeting the top tier of the Indian D2C ecosystem

Prepare sales reports, contracts, business proposals, and handle commercial negotiations

Support data generation and enrichment activities as needed

Must-Have Requirements

Direct experience selling to or within the D2C enabler ecosystem (e.g. companies like Unicommerce, Shiprocket, ClickPost, Delhivery, AfterShip or similar)

Hindi proficiency — mandatory, as many North Indian clients prefer to engage in Hindi

1–5 years of relevant B2C / SaaS sales experience (not a fresher)

Energetic, highly driven, self-motivated personality

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets

Good to Have

Prior experience at a D2C tech enabler, logistics SaaS, or ecommerce operations platform

Familiarity with the Indian D2C ecosystem — brands, tools, pain points

Experience running the full sales cycle independently
