Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Manager – Technology Solutions

Role Summary

Xeedo is hiring a high-energy Sales Professional to drive business growth across technology domains including Semiconductor, Embedded, Cloud, Engineering Services, Staffing, SaaS, and Automotive solutions.

The role requires consultative selling, strong client engagement, and end-to-end ownership of revenue generation across enterprise and mid-market customers.

Core Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and acquire new clients across target industries

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Drive outbound and inbound lead generation

Sales Execution

Manage full sales lifecycle:

Prospecting → Qualification → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure

Achieve revenue targets and growth metrics

Required Skills

3–6 years of experience in B2B technology sales

Strong experience in client acquisition and account management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Domain Specializations (Any One Preferred)

1. Semiconductor / VLSI

Education

Bachelor's degree required
