Role Overview — Offline Lead Generation (Business Development Manager)
We are looking for a highly motivated professional to build and drive a strong pipeline of qualified prospects by tapping into real estate broker and builder networks.This role combines market development, relationship building, and hands-on execution in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute offline lead-generation strategies focused on builder and broker partnerships
- Identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads for the sales funnel
- Build and manage CRM databases with accurate tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify new industries and growth opportunities
- Track performance metrics and optimize lead-generation effectiveness
- Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to sales teams
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or network sales
- Strong networking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience in commercial real estate or interior design industry is a plus
