Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager (Govt Vertical) will manage and oversee sales activities within the designated region. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales strategies, business development, and customer relationship management with a minimum 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, and pipeline development.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Knowledge of video conferencing, telepresence, and audio-video solutions is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
