1. Business Development Executive – Web Development

Full Time

Location : Mohali Punjab (Fully onsite)

For Junior Level (1 Year Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate qualified leads through Upwork

* Identify client requirements and match them with our services

* Write customized and compelling proposals

* Perform regular follow-ups with prospects

* Maintain lead data and communication records

Required Skills:

* Minimum 1 year of experience using Upwork

* Basic understanding of web development technologies such as React, Laravel, PHP, Next.js, etc. (preferred)

* Good written communication skills

* Strong attention to detail and consistency

For Mid-Level (2–3 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate leads and manage client communication via Upwork

* Handle client chats, calls, and requirement discussions

* Understand project scope and coordinate with the technical team

* Prepare proposals, estimates, and responses

* Follow up and convert leads into business opportunities

Preferred Skills:

* Proven experience in IT services sales via Upwork

* Strong client handling and communication skills

* Understanding of web and software development lifecycle

* Experience in closing deals is a strong advantage
