Role Description

We are looking for a smart and driven BDE to generate leads with a strong focus on Upwork and LinkedIn outreach and grow our business on top freelance and professional platforms.

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive, based in Mohali District. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and generating qualified leads through market research and strategic outreach.

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on

• Generate leads and engage prospects through

• Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Collaborate with the internal team to close deals effectively

• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers encouraged to apply)

• Strong communication & writing skills

• Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, or other freelance platforms is a plus

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

This role is not for someone looking to just do sales. If you're genuinely passionate about sales, excited to wear multiple hats, and want hands-on exposure to the entire sales stack from lead discovery to closing this is the place for you.
