Role Description
We are looking for a smart and driven BDE to generate leads with a strong focus on Upwork and LinkedIn outreach and grow our business on top freelance and professional platforms.
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive, based in Mohali District. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and generating qualified leads through market research and strategic outreach.

• Strong communication & writing skills
• Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, or other freelance platforms is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
