Upwork Bidder Business Development. Performance Based

This is a full-time performance-based role for an Upwork Bidder in Business Development, located in Mohali district, with a hybrid working arrangement that allows for some work from home. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and bidding on potential projects on Upwork, managing client interactions, generating leads, conducting market research, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires consistent performance to meet targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

• Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify and pursue potential business opportunities
• Strong Communication skills for negotiating and building professional relationships
• Customer Service expertise to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Analytical Skills to evaluate business opportunities, proposals, and client requirements
• Ability to work independently, with time management and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork is a plus
• Prior experience in business development or sales is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
