Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and supporting potential customers throughout the sales process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling DrillBit's innovative plagiarism detection solutions.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 Strong proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills, with a client-focused mindset
  • Proven experience in Sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
