We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing training institute team. You will be responsible for counseling students, explaining course offerings, and helping them choose the right career path through our industry-focused training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with student leads via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Explain course details, fees structure, job assistance, and industry-based training benefits
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel
- Perform regular follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
- Coordinate with the training and operations team for smooth onboarding
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales or education
- Positive attitude and learning mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office)
