Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through calls, LinkedIn, emails, referrals, and other channels

• Identify and connect with potential clients for software, digital products, and technology services

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain strong client relationships

• Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with potential clients

• Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities

• Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

• Maintain records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets

• Research new markets, industries, and potential business opportunities

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Basic understanding of sales, business development, and lead generation

• Confident in making calls and communicating with clients

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

• Basic knowledge of software/IT services is a plus

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply
