Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development and Sales Executive located in Pune City. The role involves managing client accounts, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development and Sales Executive will participate in strategic planning, lead acquisition, and work collaboratively with internal teams to address client needs. Engaging in effective communication with stakeholders and providing excellent customer service will be essential to the role.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Account Management and Customer Service to foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, including identifying opportunities and executing strategies for revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the BIM or software solutions industry is a plus
  • Motivated, self-driven, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment
