Business Development and Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new ideas for business expansion in the market, building up relations with new and old clients, generating inquiries & converting leads.
Role/Requirements :
- Responsible for the acquisition of new clients.
- Will be responsible for business development efforts that generate leads and increase sales.
- Will be responsible for collaboration in developing the systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations, and serving offerings to win work.
- Will gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the workplace Market Sector, industry trends, future projects, etc
Skill Set :
- Develop and organize new business development initiatives.
- To research and collect the details about the upcoming project requirements.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities.
- Knowledge and experience in residential, public space, and large commercial fit-out projects.
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with clients professionally.
- Experience with MS Office is a must, and knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe suite is preferred.
- Good Fluency in English and the Local language
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the architecture or interior design industry - preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of design principles and architectural concepts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
