Job Profile: Sales and Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

Sourcing new business opportunities, prospects, clients .

To generate new business through market research, networking ,references.

Technical pitch decks to acquire new projects and clients

Managing existing customers , customer relationship management and understand future business.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Sales and Business Development Executive. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for sales and providing technical product pitch to prospective customers. In this role, you will work closely with the sales executives to understand customer needs and provide strategic solutions that align with the company's objectives. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key decision makers within customer organizations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field (Freshers are welcome)

MBA Electronics

Sales Experience ( optional but will give added incentive)

Demonstrated experience in technical product support, sales engineering, or a related role

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Drive for SALES and generating leads
