Business Analyst

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements, develop actionable insights, evaluate business processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions. The individual will also be responsible for preparing detailed documentation, facilitating communication across business and technical teams, and supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data for identifying trends and insights
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Requirements
• Experience with Business Process mapping and improvement
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and teams
• Problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in consulting or HR-related projects (preferred but not required)
