About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst with a strong inclination towards presales and client engagement. This role will involve working closely with the sales and consulting teams to support solutioning, requirement discovery, and proposal building, along with business analysis responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Presales (Primary Focus)
- Support presales activities by participating in client discovery calls and requirement discussions
- Assist in understanding client pain points and business needs
- Prepare presentations, proposals (RFP/RFI), and solution documents
- Work with internal teams to create solution approaches and effort estimations
- Support demo preparation, POCs, and client walkthroughs
- Conduct basic market and competitor research for proposals
Business Analysis (Secondary)
Assist in documenting As-Is and To-Be business processes
- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, and supporting documentation
- Work with development teams to clarify requirements
- Support UAT and feedback documentation
Coordination & Learning
- Take meeting notes and track action items
- Assist in project coordination and status tracking
- Continuously learn about digital transformation, BPM, and client domains
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong interest in Presales / Consulting / Business Analysis
- Good understanding (or willingness to learn) BFSI / Finance domain
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand business problems and think in terms of solutions
- Proactive, confident, and willing to interact with clients

- Good verbal and written communication
- Strong PowerPoint & documentation skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Good to Have:
- Internship or exposure to presales / client-facing roles
- Basic knowledge of SDLC, BPM tools, or process mapping
- Experience in preparing presentations or business case documents
