Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst with 24 years of experience to join our remote team in India. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of effective business and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discussions
- Translate requirements into functional documents, user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating solutions
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables meet business requirements, timelines, and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 24 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience working with global or remote teams
- Exposure to IT services, SaaS products, or digital transformation projects
- Basic knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are a plus
