Job Summary
Looking for a highly skilled Payments Business Analyst having prior experience of working enterprise Payment solution
An ideal candidate should have the following
5 years of experience in BankingFintech with a deep focus on Payments standards specifically ISO20022 and rails like ACH Wire SEPA RealTime Payments Crossborder etc
Ability to translate business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents FRD and User Stories for the development team

Ability to translate business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents FRD and User Stories for the development team
Evaluate clientspecific payment workflows against the core banking solutions outofthebox capabilities and design elegant solutions to bridge the gap
Define acceptance criteria create test cases and lead UAT sessions to ensure the delivered product meets the highest quality and compliance standards
Manage the product backlog in an AgileScrum environment prioritizing features based on ROI and regulatory urgency
A strong understanding of APIfirst architecture and microservices
Handson experience with ISO 20022 and SWIFT messaging standards is highly preferred
Extensive experience using Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs user stories and technical documentation
