Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Tool Analyst to manage and enhance our iSave platform, which supports productivity forecasting and financial reporting. The role involves end-to-end ownership of enhancement requests, user engagement, reporting, and tool run management. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in digital tools, and a good understanding of UI/UX principles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document functional requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for the development team.

2. Development Support

  • Work closely with the digital development team to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.
  • Provide clarifications and inputs during sprint cycles to support timely development.

3. Testing & Deployment

  • Prepare detailed test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Identify, track, and ensure resolution of bugs before production deployment.
  • Coordinate and validate successful deployment of enhancements.

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate and maintain weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports related to tool usage, performance, and financial metrics.
  • Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.

5. User Engagement & Change Management

  • Host iSave Office Hours (weekly) to address user concerns and provide guidance.
  • Organize Super User Meetings (monthly) to share updates on past and upcoming deployments.
  • Drive user adoption through communication campaigns and change management initiatives.

6. Run Management & Support

  • Monitor tool performance and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Handle user support requests and ensure timely resolution.

7. UI/UX & Power Platform

  • Leverage knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps and UI/UX best practices to suggest improvements for user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 35 years in business analysis, digital tool management, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and sprint-based development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to create test cases, perform UAT, and manage deployments.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles for digital tools.

Preferred Attributes

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in procurement or financial reporting tools is an advantage.
