*Job Description:*

We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating BRD, FRD, SRD, and SRS documents, and be proficient in using Figma for UI/UX collaboration.

*Qualification:* 

 • MBA/ BBA/ B.Tech. / and any relatable 

 • Proficient in Documentation 

 • Excel, Word, Power point, etc.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

* Prepare detailed BRD, FRD, SRD, and SRS documents

* Collaborate with design teams using Figma to visualize workflows and interfaces

* Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation

* Support project teams through requirement clarifications and updates

*Required Skills:*

* Experience in drafting BRD, FRD, SRD, and SRS

* Proficiency with Figma and other collaboration tools

* Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

* Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
