About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our on-site team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder management. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop, monitor, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Define clear project scopes and objectives aligned with business goals.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with technical, design, and business teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to align project expectations.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including requirements, functional specifications, progress reports, and post-project analysis.
- Present detailed status updates and insights to stakeholders and management.
4. Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Manage client expectations, gather requirements, and ensure timely issue resolution.
5. Risk & Resource Management
- Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Assist in efficient allocation and utilization of project resources.
6. Quality Assurance & Delivery
- Review and validate deliverables to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards.
- Support testing and validation processes to ensure successful implementation.
7. Process Improvement
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of project management methodologies.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-team collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience in software development or IT consulting environments.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or SQL).
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2).
