Job Brief
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, and help to develop solutions to address business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify and analyze business processes and workflows
- Work with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and functional specifications
- Create use cases, user stories, and process flows to support the development of new features and products
- Support project management activities, including tracking project progress and identifying and mitigating risks
- Continuously monitor and report on the effectiveness of business processes and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand complex business processes and systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analysis and modeling
- Familiarity with software development languages and technologies
- Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
