Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to gather and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support product roadmap planning by providing insights, impact analysis, and prioritization recommendations
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly by development teams
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating solutions against business requirements
- Document processes, system behaviors, and integration requirements
- Continuously identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements
Required Skill & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or software product environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription billing, and customer lifecycle
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in requirement documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
