We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with PMP certification and a deep understanding of the construction industry. This role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising clients on best practices in tendering, bidding, and trading operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on construction project management and procurement processes.
- Guide clients through the tendering and bidding process, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Analyze full construction project lifecycles to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Utilize PMP methodologies to manage and execute project deliverables effectively.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to generate actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
- Advise on cost estimation, supply chain optimization, and trading operations in construction.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the construction industry.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of construction project lifecycles, cost estimation, and supply chain dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data for business decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
