Role Purpose

Support leadership by analysing operational data, generating insights on centre performance, and monitoring KPIs across the organisation.

Reporting To: Head Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Track operational KPIs across centres.
• Analyse revenue performance and admissions funnel data.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards.
• Provide insights to improve centre performance.
• Track AOP execution across centres.
• Analyse marketing ROI and lead conversion metrics.
• Support expansion and feasibility analysis.

• Accuracy of operational dashboards
• Timely reporting of centre performance
• Insight-driven improvement initiatives
• Data quality and reporting consistency

Experience

35 years in business analytics or operations analytics with strong Excel and BI tools experience.
